Hello, I’m Kai. I was born and raised in London, but my roots are in Hong Kong — both my parents grew up here. I bring the best of both worlds: a deep connection to Hong Kong and a native British accent (Received Pronunciation, or “BBC English”) that provides learners with a clear, authentic model of English. My educational background shaped who I am as a tutor. I studied at Westminster School, one of the UK’s top secondary schools, before completing my degree at the London School of Economics (LSE). I have a first-class law degree from UCL, one of the best law schools in the world, having graduated in 2023. My job as a corporate lawyer will start next year. Until then, I will be based in Seoul for a minimum of one year. I am looking forward to tutoring enthusiastic and proactive students in English language and literature, including essay writing and exam preparation, as well as oral skills. I am also a native Spanish speaker, having grown up in a Spanish-speaking country, and can provide Spanish tutoring classes as well.
