I studied at the Faculty of Languages and Translation, specializing in Islamic Studies in English. I also studied Islamic and Arabic Sciences at Al-Azhar University, one of the most respected centers of Islamic learning. I memorized the entire Quran at the age of ten and hold an Ijazah in Qira’at 'Asim, including both Hafs and Shu‘bah recitations.
