Hi there! I'm Nicola, an undergraduate studying Biomedical Sciences at the University of Oxford. Biomedical Sciences is a highly competitive course that focuses on the research aspect of medicine. As students, we don't directly interact with patients but instead acquire skills in designing and conducting experiments to study diseases, medications, and human biology as a whole. My personal areas of specialization are neuroscience and immunity. During my time in secondary school, I studied a range of subjects including Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Computer Science, and even Anthropology!
