Working on each paper is fascinating as it leads learners to explore the causes and effects of multifaceted issues at stake. I have 2 Masters degrees in Economics and Politics and over 12 years of tutoring experience.

I have over 10 years of experience tutoring students in English, Math, Science, and Geography across various curricula in New Zealand, Norway, and Hong Kong.

I am a former international school student born in Hong Kong and raised between Hong Kong, Beijing, and New York. After graduating from Columbia University with a degree in Political Science and Economics, I joined the Teach For America program (against the wishes of my parents who had hoped I'd go into finance) and taught a variety of subjects including mathematics, chemistry, and biology. I also ran my school's after-school SAT tutoring program. As an educator, my background is in High School special education and Middle School general education. But where my strength lies is in my ability to help students understand their goals and how best to achieve them. I very much empathize with the high pressure and results-oriented environment students have to perform in, especially in Hong Kong, and try my best to approach all my lessons with this in mind. Hi, I’m an experienced and approachable tutor based in the Netherlands, offering support in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Maths, English, and Geography. I have been studying at the British School in the Netherlands since Year 8 and am familiar with both the British curriculum and the IB. I achieved 8s and 9s in 11 GCSE subjects, including all three sciences, Maths, English Language and Literature, Geography, Dutch, Drama, Photography, and Bengali.
