With over 13 years of teaching experience, I offer high-quality piano tuition across a range of levels and ages. My students have successfully gained placements in Junior Music Departments, won music scholarships (including 11+ entries), and achieved top prizes in competitions. I have maintained a 100% exam success rate across all exam boards.
I've held visiting teaching positions at several London schools and have extensive experience supporting students with A Level, GCSE, theory, aural skills, and general musicianship. I also have experience teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, having taught and given lectures at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama.

British concert pianist Connor Heraghty has earned acclaim for his dynamic and captivating performances, celebrated for their blend of technical brilliance and heartfelt musicality. As a soloist and chamber musician, Connor has graced prestigious venues throughout the UK and Europe. Notable UK venues include Wigmore Hall, Milton Court Barbican, St Martin-in-the-Fields, St James’s Piccadilly, and Buckingham Palace, where he performed in the presence of King Charles. His international appearances include esteemed venues such as The Fazioli Concert Hall in Venice, The Lithuanian Music Theatre & Academy Hall, The Chopin Museum and Radziejowice Palace in Poland.
Connor’s recent season highlights include solo performances with orchestras such as The Symphonique De Nivelles, recital tours in the USA, Portugal, Azores, and Bermuda as a guest artist for Cunard, and numerous concerts across Europe and the UK, where his artistry continues to resonate deeply with audiences.
Recognized for his exceptional talent from an early age, Connor received a full scholarship to study piano performance with Valéria Szervánszky at the Purcell School of Music, supported by the Music and Dance Scheme and the Mackintosh Foundation. He continued his studies at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama under the guidance of Senior Professor of Piano, Joan Havill, completing a B.Mus (Hons), Master of Music, Master of Performance postgraduate degrees, and the Artist Diploma. In recognition of his outstanding final recital, Connor was awarded the prestigious “Concert Recital Diploma.” His studies were further enriched by guidance from eminent pianists such as Norma Fisher, Sir Stephen Hough, Peter Frankl, Nelson Delle-Vigne, Lucy Parham, and Michel Béroff.
He has been supported by scholarships from The Guildhall Trust, Leverhulme Arts Trust, Countess of Munster, and the Alec Beecheno Bursary Award. Following his studies, he was given an Artist Fellowship at Guildhall.
His competition achievements include top prizes in competitions such as The Wales International Piano Competition, The UK Liszt International Piano Competition, Recondite Armonie Piano Competition, IPPA Conero, and Worthing Concerto Competition.
In addition to his solo career, Connor is the co-founder of the award-winning London Piano Duo with pianist Daisy Ou. Together, they curate and perform engaging programs that appeal to diverse audiences, collaborating with other artists to create accessible and memorable recitals. The duo has been awarded with “The Guildhall Futures Fund Award.” Connor is represented by Piha Entertainment and is supported by Talent Unlimited.
