Graduating from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University with a bachelor's degree in Travel Industry Management, I am a positive and motivated individual. I was sent to Mexico at 8, living on my own in a challenging country. However, with my positive personality, Spanish now becomes my mother language. I came back to my hometown Hong Kong seven years ago. Now, I can speak Spanish fluently, English and Cantonese fairly, with basic skills in Mandarin and French. With many years of customer service experience, I am passionate about learning and ready to take on new challenges in this new chapter of my life.
