Hello, learners! I am Mr. Joemer L. Castillo, currently a Corporate IT Trainer at Trainosys Training Solutions. I am also an International IT Tutor/Teacher/Instructor. I had been an IT Mentor at Mapúa Malayan Digital College in the Philippines, wherein I had mentored students across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao - the major islands in the Philippines. I had also been a College Instructor or Lecturer at Cavite State University. I am currently finishing my master's degree in Information Technology. I am primarily teaching IT subjects but I was able to teach Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and Information Systems subjects as well.

I have more than 10 years of teaching experience, including physical and distance learning. I had also been invited as a speaker for programming seminars and webinars. I had also conducted bootcamps which were attended by local and international students. I was also able to conduct a corporate IT training. All throughout, I have taught thousands of students all over the world. I had been an IT Staff as well. I'm a passionate educator with experience in teaching students from diverse backgrounds.

My philosophy is simple: every student is unique, and with the right guidance, they can shine. I specialize in IT subjects, adapting my teaching methods to suit individual learning styles. Aside from being an educator, I am also a businessman. I am the Owner and Founder of Continue Software Development Services which develops custom desktop, mobile, web applications, and games. We also cater CMS, E-Commerce, AI, ML, Blockchain, Big Data, IoT, and Augmented Reality development. We also have pre-built ERP solutions to cater to various business needs. My teaching method includes using virtual platforms. I first assess the depth of student knowledge about the topic by asking questions and introducing a topic. After knowing it, I began to go along with the studies and I usually give exercises so that the students can apply what they have learned. I also let them simulate the programs at times to identify if the process flow is clear to them on how a program should work. I will also let them create a project to assess overall learning.
