I have been teaching full-time at international schools in Bangkok for 20 years (at the time of writing). I am an experienced and accomplished teacher of IB and 'A'-Level Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics, as well as IGCSE Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics. I hold a bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology and a PGCE in Secondary Science Education (both from Bangor University, UK). I also hold the coveted Certificate in Mathematics from the Open University (UK). Currently, I am an MBA Change Maker Scholar at Warwick Business School, University of Warwick. My approach will depend on the student's needs and learning style. However, my teaching is based on encouraging students to think for themselves, using real-world examples whenever possible. I usually focus on exam-style or past paper questions to check, practice, and perfect the student's understanding and technique. Read less
