My name is Stefania. I'm 32 years old and I'm the founder of Chandra Yoga Studio, a yoga school in Bologna, Italy. I moved to Thailand one year ago, and now I'm teaching here and organizing yoga retreats and travels around the country. Passionate about holistic well-being (body and mind) for as long as I can remember, I started practicing Iyengar yoga 10 years ago and began teaching 4 years ago. I'm still studying and practicing different kinds of yoga to expand my knowledge. I teach Hatha yoga, with a touch of dynamic elements from Vinyasa. We study the alignment of asanas and build strength to reach advanced positions step by step, while also learning how to transition. We use props such as blocks, belts, and pillows. Read less
