I am happy to pass on the tips and tricks I have learned as an ex-top athlete (football) and participant in many competitions (marathon, Ironman, X-Letix, Hyrox, etc.) during our training sessions together.

I train all ages and abilities, from fun to performance and from young to old!

Whether you want to get fit (including weight control), stay fit, or prepare for a competition, I am at your side! I hold a UEFA Coach B-Diploma license.

We can train outdoors, at your home, at my place (gym), or at your gym, depending on your preference.
