In yoga, I am a teacher and an eternal student. Every obstacle I encounter along the way makes me stronger. In teaching, I aim for everyone to open up their awareness of the body through asana practice and respect the varying abilities of different bodies. It is my hope that through a consistent and gentle practice method, every student who enters the classroom will connect with their inner selves, and through physical practice, they can gradually find tranquillity, accept the present moment, and embrace their true selves.
