I feel Shawn has been very helpful with his lessons. He has helped my confidence improve with IT concepts I wasn't familiar beforehand. I gave full time A+ and other classes at a college in the West Rand for four years and sustained a 70% pass rate when it comes to CompTIA exams.
By having them assessed with small personalised assesments I can ascertain what different levels the students are and how to approach providing them with support, resources and knowlegde.
Not at the moment as I am still very new to the online teaching enviroment, but will have the matter addressed in the near future.
Firstly I only do only classes via MS Teams. I also use collabiration and other applications to assist. I enjoy sharing scrrens and taking students through actual examples. I encourage and also use AI in an effort to entise and also teach students the value AI can add to their future careers, especially in IT.
