Hi! I'm an experienced and approachable tutor based in the Netherlands, supporting students in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Maths, English, and Geography. I've studied at the British School in the Netherlands since Year 8 and have a strong grasp of both the British curriculum and the IB.

I achieved 8s and 9s in 11 GCSE subjects (including all Sciences, Maths, English Language, and Literature, Geography, Dutch, Drama, Photography, and Bengali), and was predicted a 43 in the IB, with 7s in HL Biology and Chemistry and a 6 in HL Maths.

Over the past three years, I've worked with students at various levels, helping them not just improve, but excel. What sets me apart is my focus on exam technique — a skill often overlooked, but key to unlocking top marks. I've experienced this firsthand: going from 4s and 5s in Year 10 to mostly 9s in my final GCSEs. Using the same approach, I helped one student go from a grade 3 to a grade 7 in under 5 months.

I combine clear explanations with active recall and targeted exam practice to ensure students truly understand and retain what they learn. I provide tailored materials, including flashcards and exam questions, and assign light but focused homework to reinforce each lesson.

Each session is adapted to the student’s learning style. I revisit key topics regularly to build long-term memory and ensure consistent progress.
