Hi, I’m Grant – a certified fitness coach, health science teacher, and former national-level athlete with a background in physical education and over 10 years of experience in performance training and coaching.
My journey started with a deep passion for human physiology and sports performance. I hold a degree in Human Physiology and Genetics, and I’ve worked as a coach, PE teacher, and competitive athlete. I represented South Africa in Muaythai at the international level, and I currently teach Health and Physical Education in Thailand while coaching clients in strength, conditioning, weight loss, and athletic performance.
I’ve coached a wide range of individuals—from beginners just starting their fitness journey to athletes preparing for competition. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, improve endurance, or just feel stronger and healthier, I tailor every session to your level, needs, and preferences.
What makes my approach different is the combination of scientific knowledge, real-world coaching experience, and my ability to adapt to each learner’s pace. My programs focus on long-term, sustainable progress and include strength training, HIIT, mobility work, and functional movements.
I also understand that motivation and mindset are just as important as exercise. I create a positive, encouraging environment to help my clients stay consistent, build confidence, and see real results.
