Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session rate.

Payment Terms: Payment is required in advance for package bookings. Single sessions must be paid for before or immediately after the lesson.

Lesson Format: Rates apply to both online and in-person lessons. Travel fees may apply for in-person sessions outside central Bangkok.

Materials: All required study materials or resources are included in the lesson fee unless otherwise agreed.

Trial Lesson: A discounted 30-minute trial lesson is available to new students for ฿500.

Additional Charges: Extra requests (e.g., weekend lessons, late-night sessions) may incur a surcharge of 10–20%.
