I am a PhD candidate in Chemical Engineering at Curtin University, with a strong academic and practical background in chemistry and chemical engineering. My research focuses on advanced chemical processes, energy materials, and reaction engineering, which allows me to bring real-world context into my teaching.
I tutor high school and university-level chemistry, including general chemistry, physical chemistry, thermodynamics, kinetics, electrochemistry, and problem-solving techniques. I also support students preparing for exams, assignments, and lab reports, with a focus on building strong fundamentals and confidence.
My teaching style is patient, structured, and student-centred. I break down complex concepts into simple, logical steps and adapt explanations to suit each student’s learning style. Having gone through the academic journey myself, I understand the challenges students face and aim to make chemistry more approachable and enjoyable.
I am passionate about helping students improve their understanding, grades, and long-term interest in chemistry through clear explanations and practical examples.
I enjoy mentoring students and helping them develop confidence in chemistry, whether they are struggling with basics or aiming for top results. Read less
