My teaching method is that I discuss the topic first in English and then in our own dialect for easier understanding. After that, I ask questions to assess whether the students understand or not. If it is still confusing for him or her, I make sure that he or she understands it in a very simple way before we proceed to the next topic. I give lots of examples and laboratory exercises so that they can master the lesson. Read less
