I’m a London, UK-born and raised native English speaker and a qualified primary teacher with over 14 years of classroom experience across London, Hong Kong, and mainland China. I specialise in preparing children for SATs, teaching systematic phonics, and delivering engaging lessons across the full primary curriculum. I teach English, Phonics and all other Foundation subjects.

Whether your child needs help perfecting their English speaking skills, building strong literacy foundations, boosting exam confidence, or simply keeping up with all subjects, I create fun, supportive sessions tailored to their needs. My teaching methodology is child-centred and results-driven. I use systematic synthetic phonics, breaking words into individual sounds and blending them to build confident readers—as taught in top UK schools. For SATs exam practise, I combine clear modelling, revision of past-test papers, and I use targeted practise methods with positive praise for growth of confidence.
