I believe the key to successful teaching is for the teacher to understand their student. Once the goals and expectations have been established, it is up to the teacher to observe their student carefully, paying close attention to what works and what does not. In general, I do my best to make lessons as visual and interactive as possible. You might say I have a 'see and do' approach. First a student must see the lesson, then they need to do it. Read less
