I hold a Master's Degree in Architecture and I practice the profession, with a base in Kwazulu Natal (Pietermaritzburg) and the Eastern Cape (King William's Town). I am also a certified TEFL teacher with specialties in Business English, Content & Language Integrated Learning (CLIL), and IELTS exam preparation. I am currently learning French and German for the purpose of further studies in the engineering fields. Being a language student myself, I am convinced of the importance of the relationship between language acquisition and academic (and even professional) endeavors as a necessary component for successful career pathing in our contemporary globalized and increasingly globalizing world. Given my academic and career background in English and Architecture, I am equipped to teach Architecture to undergraduates and postgraduates who are either English proficient learners or speakers of English as a foreign language. I prefer online tutoring, although I am able to do in-person lessons upon request.
