Hi, I am Edlynne Balangue Padilla. I don't have experience in teaching, but I have a passion to teach and educate in English, even for those with basic knowledge. Financially, I need a part-time job to meet my family's needs. I have four children who are now excelling in English. I reside in Isa Town, Bahrain, but I am only able to teach online due to my full-time job.

With over 20 years of experience as an English as a Foreign Language Instructor, I have worked in China, Japan, Indonesia, Bosnia, and the UK. I have experience teaching every age group, but I specialize in high school and university level English for Academic Purposes. Currently based in Singapore, I accept online students from anywhere in the region. In Japan, I taught at several universities in Tokyo and the surrounding area, including Kanda University of International Studies. I also have experience teaching IELTS in Indonesia and the UK, where I helped adult learners going to study for higher degrees in the UK attain the English language skills needed for their studies. I am passionate about helping students achieve the English level they need to study abroad.

Hello! My name is Ainsley, and I'm a linguistics student at Leiden University. In addition to being a native English speaker, I hold an IB diploma with a 7 in English Language and Literature and a 41 overall. I have previously taught ESL to Spanish speakers as a volunteer. For advanced or native speakers, I offer lessons in writing and composition, English literature, accent reduction, exam preparation, and speaking skills. For beginning speakers, I will target foundational grammar, reading and phonics, pronunciation, conversation skills, writing, and listening comprehension depending on the needs of the student. I offer a free 30-minute online lesson in order to assess your needs as a student and create a tailored plan to help you meet your goals. I am also able to teach in Spanish or French.

With a trial lesson before we begin, you can decide if we have a matching style and then proceed to negotiate the rates. Currently, I am paid about 100 per hour for English and 150 for General Paper. My lessons start with a teaser before going into the main course which can be either comprehension or writing. I will do my utmost to work around your time slots but give at least two options for the week to work around.
