I had learning difficulties growing up, which makes me more empathetic and understanding towards students. My lifelong English journey started with being a research subject and later an intern at CUHK's Bilingualism Research Center. Despite my proclamations of loving English to bits, I have to say I'm a freshman at HKU Med. The discrepancy is a little odd, I'll admit and explain.
