Hi, this is Teacher Tapan. I am a professional art teacher with 11 years of teaching experience. I completed my master's degree in Fine Art from India and taught art in India for over 8 years. For the past 3 years, I've been teaching in Thailand, and I also offer online art classes in the US, UK, Singapore, and Zambia. I am an independent art curator with a degree in MA Curating and Collections from the University of the Arts London (UAL). I am excited to teach art to younger children who would like to develop their skills and conceptual practices. I am also experienced in art portfolio preparation for higher education students who are seeking feedback and critique to develop the best outcomes and practices.

I am currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Dance BA (Hons) in the United Kingdom. I have been drawing and painting since I was young and have developed a strong passion over time. I previously studied A-Level Art and Design in secondary school, where we had the ability to paint, draw, and use a variety of other fun mediums to express our creativity. I am most confident in  painting and drawing still life with watercolours, oil paints, tonal drawings, and acrylic. With previous experience teaching young children, I will always ensure that the lesson is engaging, fun, as well as most importantly educational for the students.

Hey there, My name is Yagika Jagnani. I'm 18 years old and have been in the field of Fine Arts since the age of 8. I am well-learned and friendly in nature, and I mix up well with the students. I am calm and compassionate.

Born and raised in Hong Kong as a bicultural Japanese-Chinese and later pursued an art education in New York City, I developed a set of aesthetics and approach to art-making that emerged from the philosophies of all the influences in my journey. From representational, figurative, abstract, to conceptual art, I find the fluidity and transience amongst all forms of art-making most liberating to an artist in a quest for her own voice. I believe that art should be a space unique to each person creating it. However, creating a structure to explore freely is necessary to facilitate and develop the visual instincts and perception to understand the language of art. I teach life drawing, painting with various mediums, abstract painting, and composition of an image. Currently, I am located in the northeastern side of Hong Kong Island. My lessons emphasize both the intuition of art-making as well as a critical consideration of formal issues pertaining to creating an image.
