As an international Mathematics and English language teacher, I've worked in 31 countries on 3 continents, over a period of 25 years. I've taught some of the richest and some of the poorest children and young adults in these countries. I'm a multi-culture person with roots in few European countries and South Africa. Presently I run a pre and primary school in Zambia, Africa, where I teach all subjects to junior high-school level - following the Cambridge or Abeka curriculum.

I have recently completed a PGCE, which has provided myself with the opportunity to teach groups of various ages and backgrounds. Based in Manchester, primarily working with adult learners, scaffolding and teaching material in incremental steps have allowed learners, over time, to enhance their learning and go from early days on their respective courses to confident individuals in their subject field. The teaching techniques involved include a regular reiteration of crucial content, usage of past papers and exam board material, checking of student understanding as well as a learner-based approach to ensure sessions allow learners to progress.

Hola! I'm a first year mechanical engineering PhD student at University of Girona. I've tuaght both primary and secondary school students mathematics when I was doing my masters in Singapore. I communicate quite well in English (TOEFL: 100/120). I also teach programming (Python) and Finite Element Analysis (Abaqus).
