My name is Tanya. I am an English, French, Russian, Economics and Business tutor. I have degrees in Philology, Economics and a TESOL certificate. I have been teaching for more than 15 years. I have a PhD degree and worked at a university where I taught Economics, Management, Marketing, History of Economic Thought. I also taught languages to groups in IT companies. I am a holder of a BCom Degree in Economics and Business Management (Nelson Mandela University, South Africa), BCom Honours Degree in Economics (Nelson Mandela University) and MCom in Economics (Nelson Mandela University). I am currently registered for a PhD in Economics at Nelson Mandela University, where I am testing the Marshal Learner on bilateral trade balances of SACU member states with their trading partners. With a strong economics background from my honours and master’s degree, I have strong interests in any economics lecturing. I have three to five years’ experience in lecturing economics (both microeconomics and macroeconomics as well as economic History) and econometrics at Nelson Mandela University. I also have very limited experience in the industry as, l worked as a risk assessor in different companies such as CMM panel beaters, MIMSHEC International (part-time and volunteering).
