Hello everyone! I'm Yam dela Torre, a Blues, Jazz, Pop, and Metal guitarist for more than 30+ years. I love music, and I love playing the guitar. One more thing that I love is sharing my knowledge about music and my instrument. I studied classical, blues, and rock guitar at the Greenhills Music Studio from 1988 to 1992 and a few years at the Conservatory of Music at the University of Sto. Tomas. I started playing in the Philippine independent scene in 1990 and have been active since then.

I teach guitar in styles - pop, rock, electric, jazz, etc. as well as music theory and ear training. I am located in the heart of Bangkok. I am a scholarship undergraduate in Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. I have been playing guitar for about 10 years now and have many experience playing all kinds of styles. I don't think everybody who is a good musician can be a good teacher, and I've certainly had some bad teachers in my life, so I make sure to be on the top of my game professionally and pedagogically.
