Mrs. Shruti Angadi Welcome to the 2022 school year. My name is Mrs. Shruti Angadi, I live in Hamilton city.I have been teaching math for over 2years. This year we will be using Mathematics as a tool to understand and interpret our world. In our increasingly technological economy, we will strive to understand and apply mathematics to our lives and our future. In this course, we will have significant opportunities to achieve success in our pursuit of being 21st century learners. The key to opening the door to these opportunities is a deep understanding of important mathematical skills and utilization of sound mathematical habits of mind. My approach will depend on the student’s needs and learning style. However, my teaching is based on encouraging students to think for themselves, using real-world examples wherever possible. I usually focus on exam-style or past paper questions in order to check, practice and perfect the student’s understanding and technique.

I am an university student who has a high knowledge in MATH throughout entire school academy and I know Arabic language too. I am willing to help students with their Math assignments, homework and studies for test. Regarding the tutoring location, I prefer tutoring students in their home as they will be much more comfortable in their environment, and the fees will vary depending how far is my home form the location. And if the tutoring will be online: Tutoring fees will be reduced.

I graduated with my Ph.D. in pure mathematics 9 years ago. I have 18 years of teaching experience in different universities. I m South Korean, currently a Hong Kong University student. I am a freshmen into the University but I had an experience of teaching in Seoul South Korea where I taught GCSE Math to Year 8 student. He and His parents loved the course and we still talk time to time. I love teaching young students as I know I hard the learning would be. I have grown up in Seoul South Korea until Year 5. From Year 5 to Year 9, I studied in Singapore which gave me wider vision to view the world and meet new people. Moreover, I went to London, Dulwich College to complete my GCSE and A-Level course which ended up successfully. From the learning that I have experienced, I felt that it is always really good to have someone beside you when facing up difficult questions. I do not want them to see me as a harsh teacher but more as an older brother so they could ask me opened questions which I would love to help them. I value the relationship between me and the student more than what I get from being the tutor. I stay in Hong Kong Island, I would love to explore different part of the Hong Kong, but if it is too far, the fee could go up depending on the location. Overall, I want to be a teacher whom student could rely on when facing up any problems.
