I love helping and teaching people things that some might find difficult, while others may not.
My name is Vladimir Sarkisov, I was born in Russia but grew up and was raised in Europe. My family and I moved to Prague, Czech Republic when I was still a kid, therefore I grew up in an international environment. I went to a Prague British International School where I finished the IB programme. After that, I moved to Amsterdam, Netherlands to pursue studying in the field of my interest, which is Economics. I was admitted to one of the strongest economics universities in Europe, the University of Amsterdam. I am currently in my last year of the Bachelor's degree, completing an internship programme at a multinational company TIP-group, in the position of a customer invoicing intern/billing intern.
I have always been very passionate about helping people around me with things that they would particularly struggle with, whereas I had a lot less problems with them. Ever since middle school, I have been really invested in the studies of Maths, Business, and Economics, finding them particularly interesting. Math has always been a strong subject for me, and I never experienced any problems throughout my entire education. I was always the go-to person in my circle for help in these subjects.
A little bit about myself, I am an extroverted, social person who easily finds a common language with others, whether it's a child or a teenager. I can create a comfortable environment for people to study with pleasure. I believe that learning anything in life should be accompanied by a good emotional state, so creating the right environment is important.
Even though I have never had professional teaching experience, throughout my life I have voluntarily taken on the role of tutor/teacher. I am confident in my abilities and believe that any obstacle can be overcome with the right methodology for each individual. I also have younger brothers and sisters whom I have guided through their school years, always willing to help them with their subjects. It gives me pleasure to know that my efforts help others feel better about themselves. I believe it's crucial for a teacher or tutor to have a passion for what they do, as their role goes beyond teaching material - it's about igniting a spark in the individual to gain deeper insight into the subject and understand their own future goals.
