I decided to have a career change at the age of 25 and pursued teaching as my career. I found happiness and satisfaction in witnessing my students' academic growth. My goal is to be able to teach at a university level. I am capable of enhancing a student's critical thinking skills and facilitating their comprehension of the subject matter instead of mere memorization. My biggest strength lies in capturing the attention of the classroom.

I love the subject Math. It gives a vivid description of everything it represents and helps in every aspect of life. I help middle and high school students on their math Olympiad journey. Usually, we extensively cover specific topics from algebra, geometry, number theory, and combinatorics, critical for better success in math competitions. One lesson's time is 2 hours. Lesson format: 40min - Part 1 + 10min - break + 40min - Part 2 + 30min - Homework review. We can change the format if the 2-hour format is inconvenient for you. I have 9 years of experience teaching Olympiad math to groups of middle and high school students. Most of my students have won medals in national Olympiads and gained admission to universities with the help of their medals. I am also regularly called as a jury member to national-level math competitions. Back in high school, I was ranked in the top 13 of the nation's math students and one of the best specialists in geometry nationwide. 7th, 8th, and 9th-grade students are welcomed to join me. Even if you have never participated in math Olympiads before, I will help you get started.

I'm Haris Kodzaga, a 28-year-old with a passion for teaching. Born and raised in the Netherlands, I hold both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence. You can count on me to help you with math, specifically statistics, probability theory, and linear algebra. I'm also familiar with propositional logic, Machine Learning (theory and programming), NLP theory, and programming in Python or JavaScript. Greetings to whoever reads this! I teach Mathematics, Science, English, History, and Literature. I am currently living in Quezon City, Metro Manila. I had learning difficulties growing up, which makes me more empathetic and understanding towards students. I can provide my students with a healthy and comfortable environment to study and learn, especially neurodivergent students who are very much welcome and accommodated in my classes.
