I am Charu Mesvani and am readily available to provide Math tutoring to lower elementary level. My background as an educator has been quite diverse and continues to evolve. I was born and brought up in Ethiopia( East Africa), obtained my bachelor degree from India and my master's degree from the U.S. I started my career as an elementary teacher in Ethiopia and taught English and Math. Then later I built my career in the International school system. I taught early years and lower elementary in International schools in Ethiopia, Indonesia, South Korea, Singapore and Thailand. I did provide one to one support to special needs students. My experience teaching in early years has taught me to be flexible, patient and creative with my teaching styles. My focus is always to help children to explore, think and come up with their wondering questions and then support and extend students' thinking through structured conversation.
