I am an American businessman living in Bangkok who has deep skills in psychology, human behaviour, human triggers, and motivation/leadership. I have honed, applied, and mastered these valuable skills over a 30-year career within the US Army Special Operations Command, high-tech business, and living and working in over 20 countries.

I use creative, motivational, and fun techniques to keep students engaged. Students will learn faster, learn more, and retain more under my tutelage. I am a subject matter expert in the telecommunications, media & entertainment verticals with deep skills in digital transformation, omni-channel, content creation, clickstream analysis, and customer satisfaction. I have helped pioneer mobile market segmentation and mobile analytics. I use various predictive analytics and predictive modeling techniques to better understand and predict digital user behaviour.

I am a graduate of the elite United States Military Academy at West Point and received my Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in English Literature. I also hold a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a PhD in Counseling Psychology. I have authored and published several short stories, poetry, prose, business articles, lifestyle, and personal development stories, blogs, op-eds, and more.

Whether I am working, teaching, training, or relaxing, I am on a constant quest for knowledge. I have a never-ending thirst to learn new things. I am fascinated with human behaviour, personal development, motivational triggers, technology, and history.
