I have successfully worked in the childcare field for the last 20 years and hold a Dual Associates in both Early Childhood & Early Childhood with Special Education, Bachelors in Early Childhood Education credits, and a Tesol Certification. I am multi-fluent(English, Spanish, and a little French), certified to teach/have taught in both public/private school settings, and have spent most of my adult years caring for children ranged in ages of newborn to 15. I have worked with children with developmental delays, behavioral issues, and special needs.

While in the classroom I have acquired appropriate teaching communication, and assessment methodologies. I have created as well as contributed to designing and developing objectives, teaching materials, and lesson plans with specific curriculum objectives, catered to the needs of each child individually.

In the last couple of years that I have been employed as a nanny in the NJ/NYC area, I've learned that my social and friendly nature has given me a better understanding of connecting with children and adults from diverse backgrounds, which I see as an important part of working in the childcare field, and hope to continue to build those stellar relationships with my new residence abroad in the country of Belize.

My strong initiative and exceptional organizational skills, combined with my ability to work well under pressure allow me to play a crucial role in the fast paced, every changing teaching environment.
