My name is Roshen Reji Idiculla. I already have a Master's degree in organic chemistry from the Institute for Intensive Research in Basic Science (IIRBS). I joined a teaching job as an assistant professor at a college and realized my desire to learn more. Therefore, I joined the Advanced Master's program in Synthesis and Catalysis (SYNCAT) offered by the University of Regensburg to acquire more practical skills and advanced knowledge in inorganic chemistry. As a teacher and researcher, I have understood that we engage in higher order thinking processes for facts that are relevant to us. Therefore, memorization is the technique I use the least.
