Hi, my name is Peter. I come from Australia. I have been teaching English for 10+ years. I have over 5 years of experience teaching online and have taught over 5000 students when I worked for a Chinese online school. I have experience teaching large classes of 45 students, small groups, and private one-on-one tuition online and in person. Before COVID, I used to run group English classes at my home on Saturdays. I really like teaching people of all ages. I especially enjoy helping young learners develop a love for learning, confidence, and all skills related to the acquisition of the English language. I have various fun and effective courses for students/parents to choose from, which I really enjoy teaching as well. Thank you for reading. My teaching method is to develop the students ability to communicate in English by checking their zone of proximal development and allowing them in improve increasingly at the students own pace. This means always making the lessons challenging, not to difficult but not too easy. It is important to me to ensure the student is happy and not stressed which I have various techniques to ensure this such as fun educational activities.
