I am proficient in developing new lessons and activities to expand learning opportunities, and in giving conceptual knowledge. Additionally, I provide individualized instruction to ensure that all students maintain their expected skill level. I am also responsible for identifying and organizing field trips to enhance the curriculum. Furthermore, I meet with parents to discuss progress and address any behavioral or mastery issues. I develop discipline plans and work closely with at-risk students.
