Hi, this is Joanne (18y/o), recently graduated from KGV School!. With a predicted IB grade of 45/45 and conditional offer for Human, Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge, I am looking to tutor secondary school students who need help for English, literature and other essay-based subjects. I am also experienced with essay competitions, especially having taken Philosophy at HL, and UK university applications for humanities majors.

At the same time, having done a bilingual diploma (Chinese A Language and Literature HL and English Literature A HL) and with Cantonese as my mother tongue, I am able to nail the difficulties for local students to become more fluent in their English speaking. I also studied in St Paul’s Convent School (a local school) until Y11/F4 before transferring to KGV, during which I completed my IGCSEs, obtaining 10 level-9s.
