I have been able to provide extra support for individual pupils who are underachieving in literacy and numeracy and encourage them to learn. My interpersonal skills have improved immensely as I have to communicate with children from Kindergarten, primary, and senior students with different abilities, religions, and cultures.

I am a hardworking and driven individual who isn't afraid to face a challenge. I'm passionate about my work, and I know how to get the job done. I would describe myself as an open and honest person who doesn't believe in misleading others and tries to be fair in everything I do. I inspire students to develop the self-confidence required to succeed in school.

I stay involved with my students and continually give feedback. I ask a lot of questions to ensure the students understand what they are doing and keep interactions flowing.
