Hello! My name is Maryna and I provide one-on-one online lessons in Afrikaans. I love engaging in conversation and I am capable of relating to people from all walks of life. I have good listening and communication skills, with a positive approach. I am a caring, dedicated, and reliable individual who is passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives through teaching.

I am committed to the learning and development of my students, whether young or old, providing them with the best possible education and helping them develop a passion for learning and the ability to speak Afrikaans with confidence. I completed my GA Level 5 Diploma in Teaching English as a Foreign Language to teach One-to-One online, as well as helping students in the corporate field. I also have a National Diploma in Journalism, which I studied at Tshwane University of Technology in South Africa.

I help Afrikaans FAL students improve their conversational skills, as well as their understanding of the Afrikaans language and grammar. I also offer Adult Conversational Afrikaans lessons to help individuals gain more confidence in speaking the language.

My tutoring approach involves having an open and receptive mind so that I can adjust to the needs, expectations, and goals of my students. I believe in the importance of maintaining a confident, positive attitude for encouragement and motivation. My goal is for each student to feel enlightened and content with what they have accomplished.

The journey of learning a language, or even just improving the skills you already have, should not be daunting. Learning something new is important, and while it may sometimes be an uphill battle, enjoying the process makes reaching your personal goals much easier. اقرأ أقل
