Building learner confidence in their ability to absorb, retain, and regurgitate learned information is just as important as the information being learned. That is why I have honed this special skill to ensure my students perform with renewed confidence, proven in my 97% pass rate with one-on-one students.

I always start by giving much time to understanding what the learner knows and understands about the subject being taught. This provides me with a frame of reference to work on as I fill in some of the identified knowledge gaps. However, both the student and I must be very conscious of the established frame of reference so that any measurable gains made can be pointed out and celebrated, in order to instil confidence in the learner.
