I used to work as a tuition school teacher for 3 years. I taught English to both kids and adults, so don't worry about your skill levels. Motivation is the most important element in learning languages. I don't like studying from textbooks only, so I sometimes use things students may like (Manga, Anime, Movies, Slang, etc).
