We will start from the ground up, learning the reasons for individual rules before proceeding to assess the rules themselves.
Will provide detailed notes prior to final examinations.
Will provide consolidated note packages prior to finals and go through past-year papers.
Will provide students with personalised tutorial sheets every week should they require more practice with hypotheticals or essays. Will also help students with their school tutorial sheets.
Will start with the standard IRAC and CRuPAC, but will move beyond these basic formulas as students progress throughout the semester.
Have taught Tort Law to Year 1s and have provided both SMU and NUS Law students help with Legal Theory.
