I have tutored numerous students in GCSE maths and science, as well as students in A-level physics, and some younger students in maths and science. My teaching style is traditional, focusing on core knowledge and the ability to articulate concepts verbally before translating them into writing. After that, I question them to ensure they understand and can apply the concepts from various angles at a difficulty and pace that suits them.

I believe it is important for students to experience successes in every lesson so they can witness their own progress. They also need to be challenged beyond their comfort zone at times while receiving support.
