I teach advanced business English. I draw upon a working life of self-employment and an entrepreneurial mindset. I am a trained lawyer and my specialty is the efficiency of the written word. I also like to encourage critical thinking and spontaneous debating on a wide variety of subjects, normally chosen to suit the student. My training focuses on functional communication at a high level of competence and therefore my students tend to have a minimum of B2 English before we begin. I am Scottish but I live in Goettingen Germany. My students tell me that I am easy to talk to and that my lessons are interesting and fun, which makes learning easier and more effective. اقرأ أقل
