Hi, I’m Ellie Oh—a Korean-New Zealander and passionate educator with 10+ years of international experience helping young learners thrive in English. From phonics and vocabulary to reading comprehension and writing, I make language skills click in fun, meaningful ways.

As a certified Primary Teacher with a strong background in the IB PYP and ESL, I’ve taught in top international schools like Beijing BISS, where I recently taught Grade 3. My lessons are student-centered, inquiry-driven, and tailored to fit each child’s unique needs.

After teaching in Beijing, I’m currently based in Phuket, Thailand, taking a short career break—but still passionate about helping young learners succeed.
