I completed my BA (Hons.) in Music in 2012 under the guidance of Dr. Letty Poon and Mr. Stephen Yam. My cello journey began in 2004, during which I participated in various local orchestras and ensembles as both a section soloist and tutti member. I was an active member of the Pan Asia Symphony Orchestra from 2013 to 2022.

Driven by strong curiosity, I enrolled at the Chicago School of Violin Making (2015–2018). During my time in the U.S., I furthered my cello studies with Mr. Steven Houser. I also performed as a cello tutti member for The Savoyaires (Evanston, IL) and the Park Ridge Civic Orchestra (IL), and served as principal cellist for the North Shore Chamber Orchestra.

Believing that modern cellists should be versatile in all styles of music—from Baroque to Cantopop—I incorporate a wide range of repertoire in my lessons. My goal is to help students become well-rounded cellists! اقرأ أقل
