Hi there, my name is Robyn Mechanicos. I am a patient, caring and enthusiastic individual who loves helping others.
Throughout high school and university, I have excelled at both English and Maths- so I am able to tutor in both of these subjects.
Currently, I live in the states where I au pair as well as a tutor a 6th grader. The level of education is incredibly advanced here, so I feel this equips me even more for online tutoring as I have experience in dealing with children, as well as understanding their capabilities.

One thing I am passionate about is ensuring people have the confidence to know that they can solve problems and they have the brain capacity to do what they think they can’t. Therefore I do not spoon-feed while I tutor, but rather teach in a way that will make the student think. I try and get creative with writing or maths activities so that students will want to engage and learn, as well as learning how to apply for their work.
