I am an experienced and qualified facilitator who enjoys working with young people. I have more than 6 years experience with lesson planning; mentorship and working directly with youth. I enjoy weaving cultural exchange into my session with students because I believe that learning should be fun and interactive. I teach English through designing lessons tailored to the specific need and level of my students. I also provide homework and motivational support to students, because learning a new language can be very challenging. I believe that English is an international language and allows you access to open doors of opportunity for the future. Building positive relationships with my students is important to me because, learning is best achieved in a safe and trusting environment. I am passionate about helping young people achieve their goals and develop holistically.

My teaching methods depend on the needs and level of my students because each individually learns differently. I use visual aids and gestures to explain instructions or concepts. I use games as way to encourage interaction with the language and make assessments practical. I make use of technology to assess skills for example of writing is what is being focused on then blogs or creating social media posts would be a tool I use.
