Hello, I’m Dr. Anuradha Misra.

I am a US PhD-trained chemist with over 15 years of experience in advanced chemistry research, teaching, and scientific leadership. I completed my M.Sc. in Chemistry with a specialization in Organic Chemistry and am a certified teacher. I have worked as a research scientist in companies such as DuPont, Solvay, and Huntsman. With this industrial experience, I also bring practical applications into my teaching.

Chemistry has been my core academic focus throughout my career—particularly organic chemistry, reaction mechanisms, and structure–property relationships. Over the years, I have mentored both undergraduate and graduate students, and I now work closely with IB, AP, and pre-med MCAT students who seek not just higher scores, but genuine mastery of the subject.

My teaching philosophy is simple: focus on fundamentals and relate concepts to real-world applications. I teach students how to think like chemists—how electrons move, why reactions occur, how equilibrium shifts, and how to interpret data confidently. When students understand the logic behind the concepts, exams become far less intimidating.
