I usually assess their learning by asking questions based on what we have previously discussed and give activities that they could apply what they have learned.

Yes, I provide feedback using a rubric and give notes on their output.

I use books and online resources to enhance my lessons but itis still important to focus on the real world application than relying solely in the theoreticals.

I could accommodate questions via email but it would be better to conduct an online meeting to ensure that the student understood the topic.

Q: Do you have any specific strategies for motivating students who may be struggling or disengaged with the subject material?

I ensure that the lesson will be conversational and use real life situations where they could connect and better understand the topic.

Q: Do you have experience working with students with learning differences or special needs?

Yes, I have an experience working with students with learning differences. I assess their level and cater the lesson and pacing based on their needs.
