I'm Pat, and here to help you learn English.

I originally come from Canada, but have made Hong Kong my home for many years. I love it here; the food's delicious, the culture's vibrant, and the sights are gorgeous.

I am a Native English speaker and a TESOL-certified teacher. I have been teaching English for seven years.
I've taught English in schools, centers, and one-on-one. I specialize in improving your grammar and speaking skills.

Do you want to improve your overall fluency, or understand more? That's my thing! Perhaps you want to score higher on the upcoming IELTS test? I can help with that too.

I don't think learning English should be boring, or a chore. It should be interesting to you. I try to make my lessons relevant for my students, so that what they learn comes from a part of their lives.

I didn't start out speaking Cantonese. I had to learn it myself, so trust me! I understand the difficulties you'll have in learning another language, and can work around them.
